Maximize your Membership!

Rarely is success a solitary occurrence. Success is generally very much a collaborative effort. The only way to maximize your membership is to be involved with and/or attend events the Chamber provides. We cannot escort the community to your door, but we will provide the opportunity for you to meet your clients. This is our invitation to you, to help us, help you and other business owners succeed. We have four areas of focus that provide various benefits to address each and every business need you might have.

Networking
  • Business After Hours is a networking "happy hour" held throughout the year enabling you to promote your business in an informal and fun setting.
  • The Chamber currently has four leads groups who meet on a weekly basis during breakfast or lunch to help you promote your business and generate leads. More Information on Networking Groups
  • Ambassadors are the goodwill arm of the Chamber who assist in welcoming members at events and connecting with members prior to renewing. Being an Ambassador gives you the opportunity to promote your business with one-on-one contacts.
  • New Member Orientation provides an opportunity to introduce new members to each other, the Chamber staff and discuss our mission and goals.
Government Affairs
  • Jefferson County Business Lobby (JCBL) is a committee of Jefferson County Chambers of Commerce, which reviews, updates and recommends position statements through a forum for members to interact with elected officials. Legislation is followed in regards to Education, Health Care, Insurance, Property Rights, Taxes, Transportation and Workers' Compensation.

  • Arvada Issues Breakfasts are held monthly and provide an opportunity for businesses, community members, elected officials and city staff to discuss current issues that affect the community. The breakfast is held at 7:15am on the third Friday of each month (excluding July and December) at Indian Tree Golf Course.
  • Business Advocacy Committee is the voice for businesses at the City and County level. The Chamber has a responsibility to be an advocate for business in the community and this committee takes this role very seriously. If you have any issues affecting your business please contact the Chamber.

Community Events

  • Annual Meeting is an opportunity for the membership to meet the Board of Directors and learn about the goals and objectives of the Chamber .
  • Annual Dinner is the Chamber's largest annual event. Each year awards are given to the Man of the Year, Woman of the Year and Business of the Year .
