In May, 20 area business and non-profit professionals graduated from the Greater Arvada Chamber’s Spring 2026 Leadership Bootcamp. Completed across 12 weeks, this program is designed for current managers or supervisors or anyone looking to move into more of a leadership role in the future.
Leadership Bootcamp explores one or two topics each week on a proven leadership methodology taught by an expert in that field of personal leadership, leading others, or leading a business. Speakers included Noelle Oberg (City of Arvada), Kitty Coy (You Be You Coaching), Demetrius Parker (Trust Leadership Collective), Ed Moehlenkamp and Alice Brink (Energy Interplay), Anthony Lambatos (Footers Catering), and more.

“This program has you dive into your personal psyche to truly find out what kind of leader you are. It makes you reflect deeply and learn crucial skills to become a better leader for yourself and others. It is an amazing experience and I would recommend it to everyone looking to expand themselves!” – Jordyn Daring
