Stable housing helps employees show up fully at work, but it can be time‑consuming for individuals and HR teams to track down information. To make this easier, the Greater Arvada Chamber has created a housing resource that employers can share directly with current staff and prospective hires, rather than trying to compile information on their own. Even if your benefits package does not include formal housing assistance, simply connecting employees to programs and housing experts can go a long way in supporting their well-being and retaining staff.
Share this link to the Housing Resources for Employees document with staff and/or print the Housing Resources for Employees Document to post for employees who don’t have access to a work computer. The QR Code will take them directly to this resource.
To receive updates about the Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce’s housing work to ensure our workforce in Arvada, Jefferson, and Adams Counties can live near where they work, sign up for our Housing Network. If you have questions, contact jess@arvadachamber.org.
