Arvada, CO – November 24, 2025 – The Arvada Resiliency Taskforce is proud to announce the successful close of the “No Neighbor Hungry” campaign, launched in November to support Arvada families experiencing a pause in SNAP benefits. With the generous support of community members, businesses, and non-profit partners, the campaign raised a total of $22,133, comprised of $7,260 in grocery gift card donations and $14,873 in direct donations to non-profits. Donations were distributed to three local partners providing essential hunger-relief services: Community Table, Hope Connection and Community, and The Bridge.
From the campaign’s launch, the goal was clear: to mobilize the community and gather resources quickly so that families across Arvada could access fresh, nutritious food in a time of urgent need. The final total of $22,033 is a testament to the caring spirit of our city.
“This campaign shows what’s possible when individuals and businesses step forward together,” said Kami Welch, President and CEO of the Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce. “Every contribution, large or small, helps ensure that our whole community thrives. When we care for our neighbors, we strengthen the fabric of Arvada and build a more resilient, connected, and compassionate city for everyone.”
We extend our heartfelt thanks to every individual donor who gave a gift card or cash, businesses and workplaces that supported drives, and our nonprofit partners who are steady connectors for families in need.
