June 30, 2026. ARVADA, Colo. — Colorado Inclusive Economy and the Greater Arvada Chamber will bring together business leaders from some of the state’s leading employers to share how they’re investing in people, culture, and innovation to stay competitive even as artificial intelligence and emerging technologies integrate into the workplace. The organizations’ annual summit will take place on Tuesday, October 20, bringing employers, executives, HR professionals, and community leaders together to explore the human skills that technology can’t replace.
Leaders from UCHealth, CU Denver, Ardent Mills, Footers Catering, Vail Resorts, and more will share their strategies for strengthening workplace culture, developing adaptive leaders, fostering belonging, and building organizations positioned for long-term success in the AI era.

The Annual Summit represents the first statewide event created through the strategic partnership announced in December 2025 between the Greater Arvada Chamber and Colorado Inclusive Economy. The partnership expands access to inclusive business programming, strengthens regional economic mobility, and equips employers with practical tools to create competitive, people-centered workplaces.
Colorado Inclusive Economy, founded in 2020, has worked with nearly 200 member companies representing approximately 185,000 Colorado employees to advance workplace inclusion, leadership development, and economic mobility. The Greater Arvada Chamber has made long-term investments in inclusion and belonging, workforce development, and employer education through its programming and regional initiatives to meet the needs of over 600 member businesses and non-profits.
