ARVADA, CO, January 13, 2026 – The Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the recipients of its 2025 annual awards, honoring businesses, non-profits, and entrepreneurs who exemplify excellence, innovation, and commitment to the Arvada community. These award winners will be formally recognized at the Chamber’s 101st Annual Dinner on February 27, where business and community leaders gather to celebrate the people and organizations shaping Arvada’s future.
2025 Business of the Year: Equalized Productions

The Business of the Year award recognizes a business that has established a reputation for providing a superior level of customer service while using ingenuity and innovation to overcome challenges. Not only does this business excel internally, but it continues to support the community by participating in local activities and partnering with non-profit organizations.
Equalized Productions is being honored as the 2025 Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year for consistently going above and beyond for its clients, employees, and community while demonstrating remarkable longevity and growth.
Celebrating 25 years in business, Equalized Productions has not only navigated challenging seasons, including the COVID-19 pandemic, but has continued to expand, retain its staff, and create new jobs. At the heart of this success is a distinctive, heart-led leadership approach and a strong sense of “work family” that defines the company’s culture.
The owners and team at Equalized Productions are widely known for treating employees with respect, kindness, and care, ensuring that every team member feels valued, supported, and heard. This people-first philosophy translates directly into exceptional, relationship-driven service for clients.
Equalized Productions is also deeply committed to the Arvada community. The company frequently partners with and supports local non-profits, prioritizes doing business locally, sponsors and participates in community events, and generously donates time and resources to neighbors and causes in need. Much of this service happens quietly, without fanfare, yet its impact is felt throughout the community.
Described by peers as reliable, consistent, extraordinary, and exceptional, Equalized Productions embodies a commitment to continuous improvement and equal, high-quality care for everyone it serves, making it a standout choice for Business of the Year.
2025 Non-profit of the Year: Family Tree

The Non-Profit of the Year is recognized for its support of Arvada and its citizens through impactful programs, services and overall involvement within the community. Nominees are also evaluated on local partnerships and collaboration. Recipients of non-profit of the year receive a $500 award.
Family Tree is being recognized as the 2025 Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce Nonprofit of the Year for its transformational work addressing the interconnected challenges of child abuse, domestic violence, and homelessness in our community.
For 49 years, Family Tree has been a trusted source of hope, safety, and opportunity for individuals and families in crisis. In 2025, the organization reached a major milestone with the opening of Marshall Street Landing, a groundbreaking development that provides 85 fully furnished homes with on-site, 24/7 case management for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
Marshall Street Landing represents Arvada’s first and only Permanent Supportive Housing option, combining stable housing with comprehensive wraparound services. This evidence-based approach empowers residents to pursue education, employment, financial stability, and improved health, creating lasting pathways to independence and long-term stability.
Fully leased within just months of opening, Marshall Street Landing highlights both the urgent need for supportive housing and the effectiveness of Family Tree’s compassionate, innovative model. Through strong partnerships, deep community trust, and a commitment to meeting people where they are, Family Tree continues to guide individuals and families toward safety, stability, and transformation—embodying the spirit of leadership and service this award celebrates.
2025 Entrepreneurs of the Year: Chris and Deana Hill, Odyssey Beerwerks

In the award’s fifth year, the Entrepreneur of the Year recognizes an individual or team’s commitment, investment, and innovation as a business owner in Arvada.
Chris and Deana Hill of Odyssey Beerwerks are the recipients of the 2025 Entrepreneur of the Year Award for building a thriving, values-driven brewery that seamlessly blends innovation, hospitality, and deep community engagement.
As founders of a 21+ neighborhood brewery and taproom, Chris and Deana have created an “adult escape” that is warm, welcoming, and intentionally focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Their team knows regulars by name, actively listens to feedback, and continually refines beers, events, and service to exceed expectations.
In an increasingly challenging craft beer market, Chris and Deana rely on creativity, disciplined planning, and adaptability to remain competitive, while staying true to Odyssey Beerwerks’ core identity as an adults-only community gathering place.
Their entrepreneurial leadership extends far beyond the brewery. Odyssey Beerwerks regularly hosts and supports fundraisers, collaborations, and community events that raise dollars and awareness for local causes, while drawing visitors to Arvada as a destination.
Deeply rooted in Arvada as both a resident and business owner, Chris has made significant contributions to the local business ecosystem through six years of service on the Greater Arvada Chamber Board of Directors, including work on the Board Selection Committee. He is a founding member of the Chamber’s Business Mastery Group and has served in leadership roles with the Arvada Visitors Center Board, Entrepreneurship KAPS Council, the Beverage Industry Roundtable, and on numerous panels with City and County leaders.
Through their relentless commitment to hospitality, innovation, and collaboration, Chris and Deana Hill have made Odyssey Beerwerks an integral part of Arvada’s business and community fabric, exemplifying the very best of entrepreneurial leadership.
These recipients will be honored with a video of their accomplishments at the Annual Dinner. Videos and more information about the wonderful work done by the recipients will be released after the event. The Greater Arvada Chamber will announce two additional awards: the Community Champion Award and Policy Leader of the Year.
