
ARVADA, CO, April 15, 2026 –The Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the 2025 Young Professional Leadership and Rising Star Award winners. Recipients of these awards will be honored at the May 6, 2026, Greater Arvada Chamber 75th Annual Awards Ceremony from 9:00 – 10:30 am at Revive Church.
Award winners are selected by a committee of former Young Professional Leadership Award winners. The Awards Ceremony will also recognize the 2025 Man and Woman of the Year and Image Award winners. Read about these previously announced award winners. Nominations for these awards and the Image Award are reviewed and selected by a committee made up of previous winners.
2025 Young Professional Leadership Award: Marshall Moore

As Director of Community Impact and Financial Well-being at On Tap Credit Union, Marshall exemplifies visionary leadership and systems thinking. He pioneered his role, forging 12 financial wellness partnerships; delivering 100+ speaking engagements- with a 99% positive rating; launched the award-winning “Making Money Joyful” program for 150+ participants, for which he received two Credit Union Diamond Awards and was a GoWest MAXX finalist; and trains staff via CCUFC certification and C.R.A.F.T. processes for sustainable impact.
Marshall’s achievements strengthen Arvada’s business community through partnerships with employers like Footers Catering and Barber-Nichols. In addition, he’s presented to the Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce on wellness and finance, collaborated with the Economic Development Association and SBDCs and presented financial literacy programs at local high schools, Red Rocks Community College, and Jeffco teachers. He’s also created “Money Hacks” guides for 150+ users; and had coaching successes like doubling a client’s income- earning him a 2024 Future 20 under 40 honor from the Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce.
His civic roles include the Colorado Gives Foundation Board (Finance Committee), chairing Golden Young Professionals for Jefferson County networking, Leadership Jeffco Class of 2025 graduate, “Longer Tables” event host, and affordable housing advocacy with developers like Shanahan for 60-120% AMI projects.
2025 Young Professional Leadership Award: Lujane Hanna

As a financial professional at Valorem Financial, Lujane exemplifies leadership through strategic thinking, organization, discipline, and mentorship—navigating complex client situations with clarity while elevating her team via guidance, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Her early achievement of the CFP® designation—the industry gold standard—and steadfast fiduciary duty set a benchmark for service in Arvada.
Lujane’s accomplishments build trust as a client-centered advisor, delivering financial clarity, stability, and long-term success for individuals, families, and business owners, thereby strengthening Arvada’s business community through professionalism, integrity, education, and informed economic growth. She also serves as a mentor at her company to help other employees with skill-building.
Her civic engagement includes hosting free educational workshops around financial literacy and empowering women professionals. She participates in Old Town Arvada community events like Trick or Treat Street and Second Saturday during the summer with her “Wheel of Wealth” booth. She is also involved with the Greater Arvada Chamber Young Professionals Network.

2025 Rising Star Award: Zylasha Gambrell
As Student Body President at Arvada High School, Zylaysha exemplifies leadership by promoting teamwork and service- while innovating by turning ideas into action, elevating school spirit and student connections.
Zylasha demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit through proactive problem-solving, identifying school culture gaps amid rigorous academics and leadership demands, and drives resilient, creative solutions.
Her community involvement encompasses the Jeffco Student Leadership Board, National Honor Society membership, mentoring as an Outdoor Lab Leader, and participation in wrestling, softball, and tennis. She also orchestrates successful events including pep rallies, school dances, Trick or Treat Street, and Empty Bowls Night to benefit The Community Table.
Zylaysha is described by the word initiative- she actively pursues academic excellence, leadership roles, and opportunities like shadowing the mayor to solve problems for herself and others without hesitation.
The Man and Woman of the Year will be honored with a video of their accomplishments at the Awards Ceremony.
