ARVADA, CO (July 7, 2026) The Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the return of its annual Day of Service, scheduled on October 9, 2026. This is an event that brings together local businesses, volunteers, and organizations to create a positive and lasting impact across Arvada.
This event is organized by the Greater Arvada Chamber Board of Directors and focuses on the power of volunteering and partnership to strengthen our community. Volunteer participants will have the opportunity to support meaningful projects led by local community groups and non-profit organizations.
In 2025, over 180 volunteers stepped up to help on 13 service projects for the Chamber’s Day of Service. In just three hours, the community contributed an estimated $19,412 of volunteer time to local non-profits.
There are three ways for the community to get involved in the 2026 Day of Service: volunteer as an individual or team, which is open to both businesses and community members, host a service project, open to nonprofits and community organizations, and sponsor the event, open to businesses.
