Arvada, CO — December 2, 2025 — The Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce and Colorado Inclusive Economy (CIE) today announced a strategic partnership that will expand inclusive business programming, strengthen regional economic mobility, and equip employers with tools to create competitive, people-centered workplaces. The partnership formalizes a shared commitment to fostering a more inclusive economy where businesses, workers, and communities thrive.
Colorado Inclusive Economy, founded in 2020, is a statewide initiative dedicated to accelerating economic mobility by helping employers build more equitable workplaces and leadership structures. Nearly 200 member companies representing approximately 185,000 Colorado employees have participated in CIE programming. Its hallmark program is an annual expert-facilitated cohort focused on equity-centered leadership, workplace inclusion, and supply chain diversity as drivers of competitive advantage. CIE Cohort 10 launches in February, expanding access for employers ready to deepen their impact.
The Greater Arvada Chamber brings to this partnership a long-standing commitment to inclusion and belonging. This work includes expanding knowledge of inclusive workplace best-practices, addressing barriers to workforce participation and belonging, and advocating for systems-level change that promotes equitable economic outcomes.
Under this new partnership, the two organizations will co-develop and co-deliver programming to support local employers, including co-branded educational workshops and networking events, development of a Small Business Playbook, and co-hosting an Annual Summit in Arvada in fall 2026, bringing statewide business, non-profit, and civic leaders together to advance inclusion and economic mobility.

“Inclusive growth is essential to building a strong and resilient business community,” said Kami Welch, President & CEO of the Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce. “Our Chamber has made long-term investments in inclusion best practices and workforce support. This partnership with Colorado Inclusive Economy enhances that work by giving our employers access to nationally recognized tools, thoughtful peer learning, and proven strategies for creating workplaces where everyone can succeed.”
“We are excited to partner with the Greater Arvada Chamber, an organization that demonstrates real leadership in fostering inclusive economic opportunity,” said Jervis DiCicco, Chair, Board of Directors for Colorado Inclusive Economy. “CIE’s focus on economic mobility pairs powerfully with the Chamber’s local impact and employer network. Together, we are expanding access to practical, transformative resources that help businesses build competitive advantage through inclusion, and we look forward to bringing our statewide Summit to Arvada in 2026.”
