On February 27, business and community leaders from across Arvada gathered for the Greater Arvada Chamber 101st Annual Dinner, an evening filled with celebration, inspiration, and a little bit of Oz-inspired magic. Hosted at Social Capitol Events, the gala brought together hundreds of Chamber members, partners, and community champions to honor the people and organizations that make Arvada such a vibrant place to live and do business.

2025 Business of the Year | Equalized Productions
Celebrating 25 years in business, Equalized Productions has not only navigated challenging seasons, including the COVID-19 pandemic, but has continued to expand, retain its staff, and create new jobs. 2025 Non-profit of the Year | Family Tree
For 50 years, Family Tree has been a trusted source of hope, safety, and opportunity for individuals and families in crisis. In 2025, the organization reached a major milestone with the opening of Marshall Street Landing, a groundbreaking development that provides 85 fully furnished homes with on-site, 24/7 case management for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

2025 Entrepreneur of the Year | Chris and Deana Hill, Odyssey Beerwerks
As founders of a 21+ neighborhood brewery and taproom, Chris and Deana have created an “adult escape” that is warm, welcoming, and intentionally focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Their team knows regulars by name, actively listens to feedback, and continually refines beers, events, and service to exceed expectations.
Their entrepreneurial leadership extends far beyond the brewery. Odyssey Beerwerks regularly hosts and supports fundraisers, collaborations, and community events that raise dollars and awareness for local causes, while drawing visitors to Arvada as a destination.

2025 Policy Leader of the Year | John Marriott
John’s public service began with six years on the Arvada Board of Adjustment before being elected to the Arvada City Council in 2013, where he was re-elected multiple times and served as Mayor Pro-Tem from 2017 to 2019. A strong advocate for Arvada’s business community, John has consistently championed policies that foster local economic vitality, support small business growth, and strengthen collaboration between public and private sectors. His steady advocacy for fiscal responsibility, infrastructure upkeep, and local authority exemplifies the spirit of public service that strengthens our community.
