The Greater Arvada Chamber is seeking community-minded and driven individuals to join our leadership teams. We have 34 open seats across our councils, committees, and review teams. These leadership roles are not just titles; they are opportunities to connect, influence, and make a lasting impact in the Arvada area.
Please note: All applications must be submitted by September 30 to be considered for these seats.
Open Leadership Positions & Descriptions
Advocacy KAPS Council – 4 seats available
Lead in shaping public policy priorities for business, government, and community; serve as the voice of the region’s business community on legislative and regulatory matters.
Ambassador Program – 5 seats available
Represent the Chamber at events, welcome members, and help strengthen connections between the Chamber and the community. Ambassadors help foster engagement, retention, and member satisfaction.
Entrepreneurship KAPS Council – 4 seats available
Advocate for and support business innovation and entrepreneurship; help remove barriers for startups; advise on programming that fosters growth in the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Finance Committee – 3 seats available
Provide financial oversight and advice; help ensure responsible Stewardship of the Chamber’s budget; support financial strategy and accountability.
HR Cohort – 10 seats available
Collaborate with human resource professionals and business leaders on workforce development, talent retention, and related challenges. Share best practices and drive HR-related solutions.
Inclusion & Belonging KAPS Council – 3 seats available
Champion equity and belonging by shaping initiatives that create a stronger, more inclusive community.
Local Issues Review Team – 5 seats available
Review, analyze, and provide feedback on local issues affecting businesses and residents; help the Chamber respond in timely and informed ways to community challenges.

- Who should apply: Active Greater Arvada Chamber members who are passionate about our business community: business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, or anyone looking for an elevated community leadership poisiton.
