
The Greater Arvada Chamber is excited to announce the successful completion of its inaugural Sales Bootcamp, led by expert sales coach Jay Mays. Over three dynamic sessions, 22 local business leaders and sales professionals came together to master the art of value-based selling in today’s competitive marketplace.
This intensive series wasn’t just about theory—it was about real-world application. Each session focused on the unique challenges and opportunities of the businesses in the room, featuring hands-on role playing, interactive exercises, and plenty of engaged participation. Attendees worked through practical sales scenarios drawn directly from their own experiences, ensuring every lesson was immediately relevant and actionable.
“Before the bootcamp I was good at sales. I grew up in a family business,” said Jaysha Mone’t (Clean Queen). “And even still, the things I learned in this bootcamp gave me new knowledge and expanded on knowledge that I already had. I connect better with my clients and I understand how to identify their needs better which, in turn, has resulted in a positive spike in sales. I’m eternally grateful.”
Jay Mays brought more than 25 years of sales expertise to the program, sharing proven frameworks for moving beyond price-focused conversations and building compelling value propositions that resonate with decision-makers. Participants walked away with ready-to-use tools and strategies to differentiate their offerings, strengthen negotiations, and close deals with greater confidence.
