We’re thrilled to recognize Agave Studio and Clinton Webb, Owner & Creative Director, as this month’s Member of the Month!

Clinton is a supremely engaged Chamber Member, serving as a Chamber Ambassador and on the Entrepreneurship KAPS Council, participating in Arvada Young Professionals and Sales Bootcamp, and presenting at a Social Media Study Hall session. He was also named to the Chamber’s 2023 Future 30 List.

Get to know Clinton, his creative journey, and what makes his business such a valuable part of the Arvada community.

What is Agave Studio and how did it get started?

“Agave Studio is a creative studio I founded in 2020 — my ‘Covid Baby,’ as I like to call it. It started in Fort Collins, but I moved to Denver about two and a half years ago to explore new opportunities. I chose Arvada because of the convenience of the RTD G Line and the energy of Olde Town. Now, after being here a few years, I know I made the right decision — the community is incredible.”

What led you into this industry, and what do you love about it?

“I have a degree in Marketing and Journalism from the University of Kansas. I taught myself graphic and website design because I’ve always had an eye for it. What I love most is getting to connect with other business owners and tell their stories through design — that human connection and creative collaboration is what keeps me inspired.”

What services does Agave Studio offer and what makes you unique?

“Agave Studio offers:

  • Website design
  • Brand identity design and strategy
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Print and graphic design

What sets me apart is my ability to deeply understand each client’s story and translate it into a brand that connects and converts. A client once called me a “brand therapist” — and honestly, I take that as a huge compliment!”

What advice would you give to new businesses or entrepreneurs in Arvada?

“Get involved with the Chamber and your community. Being seen and showing up consistently helps people trust you and your business. It’s one of the best things I’ve done since moving here.”

What changes have you seen in your industry recently?

“The biggest shift has been the rise of Artificial Intelligence. I don’t think AI will ever replace the human element of design, but I do use it in marketing to keep my costs lower — which helps me keep my services affordable for my clients.”

What are some misconceptions people have about your work?

“A lot of people think they can DIY a cohesive brand and website — and tools exist that get you close — but it’s hard to tell your own story effectively. Having someone with professional design and UX experience makes a huge difference.”

Do you have a favorite business resource or podcast?

“I love the Creative Pep-Talk Podcast by Andy J. Pizza. As a solopreneur, it helps me stay motivated and creatively charged.”

What value has the Greater Arvada Chamber brought to your business?

“The connections. Knowing I have a supportive network and resources available to me as a business owner is priceless.

Arvada’s business community is incredibly welcoming and supportive. I’ve been part of other chambers in the past, and none have been as dedicated, diverse, or hardworking as the folks here.”
