This month, 20 area business and non-profit professionals graduated from the Greater Arvada Chamber’s Spring 2025 Leadership Bootcamp. Completed across 12 weeks, this program is designed for current managers or supervisors or anyone looking to move into more of a leadership role in the future.
Leadership Bootcamp explores one or two topics each week on a proven leadership methodology taught by an expert in that field of personal leadership, leading others, or leading a business. Speakers included Noelle Oberg (City of Arvada), Kitty Coy (You Be You Coaching), Mary Ann Littler (Peak to Peak Business Strategies), Anthony Lambatos (Footers Catering), and more.

“Leadership Bootcamp was such a meaningful experience. Being surrounded by people who were intentional, open, and at all different stages of leadership made it feel like a safe space to grow. I walked away not only more confident, but also with real connections to other leaders in my community.” – Celeste Lopez Ruelas
“Gave me a different reason for looking forward to Wednesday’s, every session was so impactful! I enjoyed every bit and am so grateful to have spent the past few months leveling up my leadership. Already, I have used skills that I learned and just feel SO FULL! THIS WAS SUCH AN AMAZING CLASS!!” – anonymous graduate
