The Arvada Chamber and Arvada Resiliency Taskforce (ART) are committed to making sure we continue to understand and respond to business needs as we navigate through a full recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. The Q2 Business Pulse Survey assists us in the development of new programming and resources to help our business community thrive. This survey also incorporates questions from the Arvada Chamber’s annual business challenges survey. Feedback from this annual poll is shared with the Chamber’s board of directors and drives strategic planning on the most urgent initiatives.

Colorado to Open Coronavirus Vaccine Eligibility to Everyone 16 and Older on April 2

Colorado Governor Jared Polis announced on Monday that everyone in the state age 16 and older will be eligible for a coronavirus vaccine starting on Friday, April 2nd.  The state had been planning to open vaccine eligibility to the general public in mid-April. Colorado will join a dozen other states across the country that have expanded eligibility to the general population.

On February 3, 2021 the Arvada Chamber was recognized for Outstanding Program by the Western Association of Chamber Executives for its role in the Arvada Resiliency Taskforce. Created with a cross-section of local partners in response to COVID-19, this Taskforce worked diligently to support efforts to understand the impact of COVID-19 closures and respond quickly with programs, resources and policy shifts. for all businesses in Arvada.

The Arvada Chamber is thrilled to announce a new opportunity for Arvada businesses to receive a free supply of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Jefferson County Extends Public Health Order to May 8; Non-Critical Businesses Can Offer Curbside Delivery

 On April 24, 2020, Jefferson County Public Health (JCPH) issued its second extension of Public Health Order 20-001 (County Order). The County Order incorporates the Governor’s Executive Order D 2020-017 and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s (CDPHE) Public Health Order 20-24 (collectively, the “Stay at Home Orders”), with some modifications.
